History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Efferil was born on a far northern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Mason. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
