History: Naal was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Hugh was born on a far western forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Bellfounder. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
