Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Through the years after Efferil was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Efferil's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
