History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. He tends to his Ruler job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Half-Orcs.

History: Mozfel was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Alberich was born on a far eastern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Ruler. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
