History: Born in the east to a Bounty Hunter, Pelt learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He became a Bounty Hunter soon after.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
