Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Orthog is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature monstrous two handed axe.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and wants to work out more often

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Bather. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He's also a talented Performer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Through the years after Zook was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Zook's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
