Description: He has the majority of his body covered in plate. He carries with him a set of glaives, each one with a emerald on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He keeps his long white hair kept up in a rat tail. His red eyes peer out from beneath his top tan hat.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Born to a Butcher, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carpenter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'4" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is dressed in earthy colors with a tan and grey handkerchief worn on his left side. His silver hair is cut short. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his brown eyes.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He has all his life been fascinated with writing.

History: Don was born with his mother's beautiful face. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he's in love

Description: 3'2" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He has moderate length white hair. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Frug embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. A friendly and beautiful Gnome, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: Frug hails from a village terrorized by illithids. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to illithids.
