Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is dressed in earthy colors with a brown and grey handkerchief worn on his left side. His black hair is matted, messy, and big. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Beggar arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty green coat over it. His fur is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His eyes are likewise green.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. Cloud is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Map Maker and was forced into it by his family; and to reunite with his absent mother

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Detective. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He wants to get laid; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. A friendly and beautiful Halfling, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: Tod was born with his father's beautiful face. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
