History: He comes from a rich northern family. A gifted student he started as a Bricklayer, but he got bored and became a Junk Dealer. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the east. While he appears to be a normal Tabaxi, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a black vest and prefers brown and yellow shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His hair is black and curly. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Ruler born in the past three hundred years. Chay is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and balancing his hectic life and new ruler responsibilities is difficult
