He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tiefling companion (his 'brother'). History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Engraver arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his music with anyone who is interested.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a slave trader and was forced into it by his family
