When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Hunter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Kody was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Akmen was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
