History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Theriatis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Henk alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Gargax lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature mace.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Interpreter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Interpreter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Interpreter for the past few years.
