History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: He was born in the south. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Knight and was forced into it by his family; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Gnomes in Paggen's homeland. Paggen decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
