Description: Standing 5'6", this man sports pastel clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: Standing 2'10", this man wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His black hair is matted, messy, and big. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.
History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: He is lean but muscular and is dressed in an above average manner. His auburn hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a Stetson hat. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is a great chef.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Peter took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up shortspear and armor he uses now. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He prefers to wear tan pants and tee shirts. He keeps his silver hair in a pixie cut. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Jeweler who has hired him part-time. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.
History: Mindartis was born with his father's beautiful face. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Description: He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his spear, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a skull on it. With bright brown hair and a scraggly beard. His violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
