History: Arannis was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Through the years after Arannis was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Arannis's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Butcher for hire.

Personality: Mordai hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Stylist arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in.
