He dresses in tan turtlenecks beneath a grey coat with green slacks. Sporting a silver mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His eyes are brown and beady.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and retire the richest man in the south

Personality: He is mildly Halfling supremacist, though he does not identify as such. Chay enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
