Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Pallabar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gifted student he started as a Cartwright, but he got bored and became a Mayor. He has taken up work as a Mayor and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Umpen and his spouse have recently divorced.
