History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Fenriz fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born in a small desert village. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and retire the richest man in the south

Personality: Rûkdûg is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Born to a Soapmaker, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers.
