Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Barrister arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: 6'3" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His crest is red, silky, and of moderate length. His red eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He is a Jackalwere in disguise. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright yellow and black, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His tied-back hair is red. His ears are large.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Born in the west to a Sailor, Oppleby learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Bather, but he got bored and became a Sailor. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Bather. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears a white shirt, with a grey mid length shorts with grey tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. He wears his golden hair up. His eyes are a pleasant green.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Scribe business.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Orc companion (his 'brother'). Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Brogg fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and he desires power and/or immortality
