Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Elven culture. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He is typically in his Mercenary uniform. His white hair is braided into rings. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Burto embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His childhood dream was to be a Barber, but he was a colossal failure. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mercenary for hire.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and further expansion of business

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born into a rich family. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: This light-skinned male wears a brown shirt with thin black vertical stripes and tan pants. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. Sporting a brown mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. This amber eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Rangrim is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'8" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His silver hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Himo will drive conversation. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Himo hails from a village terrorized by drow. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the east were limited. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Himo was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it
