Personality: He is mildly Half-Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
