History: Gifted from a young age, Mantus studied abroad. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying east to reunite his family. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
