History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Shepherd mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears dark leathers with embroidery. His hair is brown and very short. His fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: Caeldrim was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Through the years after Caeldrim was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Caeldrim's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears white robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a flail, but if one is not available he will default to his halberd. He has a long chestnut beard with little hanging trinkets. He is baby faced.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and he's in love

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
