Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hugh grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hugh. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Armorer for the past few years.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears tan robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a whip, but if one is not available he will default to his halberd. His blue hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. His eyes are a pleasant white.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 6 years.
