Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Nicholas has worked very hard to control his curse. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he is well dressed, constantly wearing a white suit, black shirt, and brown tie. His hair is long and chestnut with streaks of golden, and is pulled back with small white clips. His beard is golden, braided, and well cared for. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Tim is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: The child of a Bowyer, who enjoyed hunting, Tim was taken on many hunting expeditions. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting goblins, the young Tim began to lead the lost caravan. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: Revenge.

Description: He is in excellent shape and wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He has dyed his greying auburn hair a little too much giving a sharp auburn color. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Miller work with an outfit from a few towns over. Miller work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Miller for hire.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and to be a carter again

Description: He wears a tan Stetson hat and tan clothes. He is bald on top and has large silver tufts of hair around his ears. His gray eyes peer out from beneath his Stetson tan hat.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He found a children's book about a Halfling Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Description: This tall, slender man wears a blue top hat and blue clothes. He keeps his dark red hair in a pixie cut. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. Balam was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Balam decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tiefling artifacts is his passion; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
