History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Thorin liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born in the east. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Gimble has worked very hard to control his curse. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.
