History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gormogord grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gormogord. He tends to his Stylist job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Farmer who has hired him part-time. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Barber. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: He's in love; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Bilbron alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Mason they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Bricklayer, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Engraver arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A freak accident while working with his Cartwright father left him crippled. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He hates Halflings with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A freak accident while working with his Unemployed father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and he is greedy
