Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Being a Jeweler kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Frederick lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Frederick liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Shepherd work with an outfit from a few towns over. Shepherd work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shepherd for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Shepherd responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: Riardon speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
