History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and balancing his hectic life and new soapmaker responsibilities is difficult

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Ruler born in the past three hundred years. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Ruler job and began his own company from there.
