History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Shamash was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Nordak wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Warlock, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is an amazing painter.

History: Gifted from a young age, Nordak studied abroad. His childhood dream was to be a Knight, but he was a colossal failure. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
