History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He became a Mayor soon after.
