He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. He married young, but lost his spouse to giants. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Apothecary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Naill was born with his mother's beautiful face. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He struck the Bricklayer job and began his own company from there.
