Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, River embodies much of what other species detest in the Tabaxis. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking western young adult. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty pastel coat over it. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. His gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Azaki grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Azaki. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is greedy

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears black trousers with blue and white striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. With a patchy white beard and wild white hair. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are amber.

Personality: He is a Tanner first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Tanner. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he has money and likes to spend it
