To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Sheggen. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born into a rich family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
