A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Herbalist profession.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Courier work with an outfit from a few towns over. Courier work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Paymon liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ar-Kaius fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
