History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Ugol alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Ugol was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the brigands.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it

Description: He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He carries a battered glaive and tarnished rapier as well. His moppish black hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. His first spouse was a Layabout, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gerard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Description: He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He is portly but not overly obese. He has shaved his head bald. His fierce amber eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: 4'9" and muscular, this northern man wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. Sporting a brown mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Fivin is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Fivin lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Namfoodle was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he has decided he is irredeemable
