History: He comes from a rich northern family. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the north were limited. He struck the Fletcher job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and revenge

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Elven doctor. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
