Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Pelaios grew up listening to his mother's many stories. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Gifted from a young age, Rolen studied abroad. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
