History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
