History: Varis hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Varis was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Dean abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense.
