Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears suspenders and tan workpants. His shirt is brown, and he wears a heavy tan leather apron most of the time. His blue hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He uses divination through singing.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Xappan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Xappan abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Description: He stands about 5'3" and wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a pastel coat. His left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. He has wavy black hair. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Ar-Karo hails from a village terrorized by illithids. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Ar-Karo was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Description: The dark-skinned man stands 4'11" and usually wears his grey robe and has his monstrous two handed axe always slung over his shoulder. He wears his white hair down. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. He is dressed in a clean black cloak covering his clean studded leather. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His blue crest is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. His red unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He has all his life been fascinated with writing.

History: Born in the north to a Detective, Nykkan learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He tends to his Detective job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Description: This late middle aged man is renowned for his bright grey suits and hats and is in decent physical shape. His red hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Born to a Tanner, his mother struggled to pay the bills. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He is content; and to find somewhere to settle down
