Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Zepar liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Theobald was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Theobald decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
