His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Gifted from a young age, Delg studied abroad. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
