His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born in the north. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Tabaxis in Silent's homeland. Silent decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Gerard hails from a village terrorized by orcs. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother.
