Personality: Norman wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Warlock, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Norman liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Rolf was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Bounty Hunter. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents enrolled him in a Bard school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and doesn't want to be a dyer and was forced into it by his family

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He found a children's book about a Elf Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.
