Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Through the years after Pikar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Pikar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. The war was a terrible time for him, and Tod does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Tod hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Banker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and revenge

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Cloak was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Bard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Bard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Baker. He struck the Baker job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and regain custody of his son
