He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

History: Gifted from a young age, Kaladan studied abroad. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Fisher. He has worked as a Fisher like his mother before him.
