Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the east. His first spouse was a Courier, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
