Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Krusk was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To protect his home; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: This man stands a little under 5'6" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears baggy tan pantaloons and a brown scarf. His moppish blonde hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the north. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others.

Description: He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He carries with him a set of warhammers, each one with a sapphire on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His blonde hair is heavily combed to the right. He has several tiny sapphire earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Gardener arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His parents enrolled him in a Bard school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he dresses in green turtlenecks beneath a brown coat with tan slacks. His white crest is greasy and uncared for. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gold.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He found a children's book about a Dragonborn Wizard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Many orcs want him driven away; and retire the richest man in the north

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a blue costume with the symbols of strength on his torso. His yellow fur has been sun bleached extensively. His amber eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He tends to his Glassblower job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and further expansion of business
