History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child.
